The Custodian position is onsite in Wyoming, NY. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports the Wyoming County YMCA by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive facilities and grounds. The custodian completes scheduled cleaning and upkeep, operates related equipment, reports repair needs, and helps secure the property during the shift. These duties support a clean and safe environment for YMCA members and staff.

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, recycle, and clean assigned areas
• perform window washing, pool cleaning, vacuuming, and seasonal lawn or snow duties as needed
• operate motorized and non-motorized equipment
• report needed repairs and make repairs as directed
• secure the building and property during the shift
• replenish supplies
• set up furniture and equipment for events as needed
• perform light building and grounds maintenance.

Why this role
