Clinical Administrative Support is an office-based, onsite role in Anchorage, Alaska. Pay is $25.00–$31.97 per hour, with annual incentive opportunities of up to 10% of annual salary. The Administrative Team supports clinical teams and programs at Alaska Behavioral Health, whose mission is to strengthen Alaska communities and improve clients’ lives through behavioral healthcare. The role provides clerical, data-entry, and electronic medical record support that helps clinical programs operate efficiently and maintain required records. It also supports customer service and coordination among clinical professionals and program managers.
What you'll do
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Anchorage Clinical Services Director, Clinical Managers, and Lead Administrative Assistant
- support day-to-day office operations
- gather information and maintain records for grant reporting
- use the Electronic Medical Record for reports, data review, data entry, and program management
- communicate with clinical and medical program managers about health records
- complete scheduled data-entry requirements
- fill in for receptionists as needed.
