The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Concord, NC, and pays $17–$21 per hour, plus shift differentials when applicable. Copperfield Health & Rehabilitation is hiring for its long-term care and skilled nursing team. The CNA provides basic nursing care and daily assistance under the direction of a licensed nurse. By monitoring residents, reporting changes, and supporting safe routines, the role contributes to coordinated care and residents’ well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
• assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, adaptive equipment, bowel and bladder functions, mobility, transfers, and meals
• change clothing and linens
• measure and record vital signs, heights, and weights
• report changes and irregularities to the nurse
• answer call lights
• assist with appointments and activities
• maintain cleanliness of resident areas and equipment.
