Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Develop estimates and bids, create project planners and take-offs, submit proposals, review scopes and contracts, negotiate projects, and prepare submittals, billing, and change orders. Monitor field schedules, progress, conditions, quality, and safety

• manage architects, engineers, and design consultants
• and conduct quality-control inspections.
