The Manufacturing Technician works onsite in Waunakee, WI. Compensation is not specified. SPL Biopharma develops and manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry. Under supervision, the technician performs pilot- and commercial-scale production for the contract development and manufacturing business and assists with new product and process development. The role supports quality, validation, and laboratory operations while following cGMP requirements and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform pilot- and commercial-scale production of GMP and non-GMP products
• document work and follow cGMPs, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing instructions
• assist with validation protocols, research studies, and laboratory experiments
• support Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Validation
• order supplies and equipment
• clean and sanitize production equipment
• perform laboratory and facility maintenance
• follow safety practices when working with chemicals and PPE
• work overtime or extended hours as needed.
