What you'll do

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and construction workers
• oversee work to meet design, budget, and schedule
• coordinate on-site functions including scheduling, engineering, and material control
• interpret drawings and provide technical assistance
• support project procedures and standards
• ensure personnel follow project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and company standards
• document violations and recommend or implement corrective actions
• manage productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment
• resolve work-related problems
• adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules.
