Commissioning Technician, On-Premises Laundry Systems

The role supports Alliance Laundry Systems' delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer handoff of commercial laundry equipment. The technician installs and commissions washers, dryers, and finishing equipment, integrating them with site utilities and verifying safe, reliable operation before handoff. The role contributes to customer satisfaction by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with contractors and facility teams, training end users, and completing installation and warranty documentation.

What you'll do

• Deliver, install, start up, operate, and commission commercial laundry equipment
• use blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals to guide placement and connections
• integrate equipment with electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications
• level and anchor equipment
• conduct functional tests and troubleshoot issues before handoff
• coordinate site logistics with contractors, facility managers, and utility trades
• coach users on operation and basic preventive maintenance
• complete installation paperwork, inspection checklists, and warranty registrations
• maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.

Why this role

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Three or more years of commercial, military, industrial, or manufacturing equipment repair experience is preferred, with equivalent combinations considered. A valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record are required; a company vehicle may be provided.
