What you'll do
- Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
- conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
- correct exercise form and provide regressions and progressions
- promote F45 services and support membership growth and retention
- complete light service-desk duties
- demonstrate exercises
- and set up, break down, clean, and store equipment.
