What you'll do

• Respond to resident work orders
• perform preventive property maintenance
• inspect HVAC and mechanical components
• complete unit-turn repairs, including touch-up painting
• assist with grounds and curb appeal
• maintain supplies inventory and organized storage
• communicate with the Property Manager.
