The Temporary Cook role is onsite at Revel Lacey in Lacey, WA. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The temporary schedule and hours may vary based on business needs. Unidine’s culinary team supports food service for the people it serves. The cook prepares, portions, and serves food according to recipes, service schedules, and applicable food-safety standards. The role also maintains kitchen cleanliness and equipment, supports production planning and supply handling, and contributes to safe, consistent meal service.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store or discard food safely
• keep refrigerators and storerooms orderly
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• follow HACCP and safety standards.
