What you'll do

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces
• arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and glassware
• greet and serve guests
• monitor assigned areas
• clear dishes and glassware
• maintain clean service areas
• communicate guest requests to banquet leadership
• assist with event breakdown and resets
• follow food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and workplace safety requirements.
