What you'll do

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and research memorandums
• advise clients on legal rights and litigation strategy
• gather evidence
• conduct research and interview clients and witnesses
• prepare briefs, arguments, and testimony
• engage and prepare experts for depositions and trial
• represent clients in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies.
