What you'll do

• Provide direct support to young children and individualized strategies for families
• monitor developmental screenings and document outcomes and follow-up
• support IFSPs and IEPs
• train and support teachers on inclusive practices
• deliver classroom interventions
• participate in case conferences and family meetings
• assist with referrals and advocacy
• develop transition plans
• collaborate with families, educators and community partners
• maintain program compliance and confidentiality.
