What you'll do

• Perform assignments according to SOP and SWIS instructions
• monitor worker performance against targets and safety standards
• support safety initiatives and team training
• learn department systems and scanning processes
• ensure team members are trained and performing assigned work
• resolve team conflicts and facilitate communication with management
• report issues
• assist with safety audits and quality training as needed
• fill in across supporting positions as required.
