Registered Behavior Technician, Home-Based ABA

The Registered Behavior Technician, Home-Based ABA role is onsite in a client’s home in Glendale, AZ. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides home-based ABA services to families and emphasizes clinical quality and collaboration. The role provides one-to-one, play-based support to help children with autism or developmental delays build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. The technician follows BCBA-designed plans, tracks session progress, and communicates with the supervising team and families.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes using play-based ABA techniques
• follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• track progress during sessions using a phone or tablet
• collaborate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• provide families with session feedback and celebrate progress.
