What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–150 major-gift prospects
• develop customized cultivation and solicitation strategies
• conduct donor visits, meetings, calls, and events
• solicit major and leadership gifts
• document donor interactions and pipeline movement in CRM or donor systems
• forecast revenue and report progress
• steward donors and communicate giving impact
• support donor events and recognition
• coordinate fundraising strategies and donor intelligence with the Development Team
• identify new prospects and grow the pipeline.
