What you'll do

• Run end-to-end onboarding, including offer logistics, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and IT provisioning handoffs
• own Rippling HRIS data, structures, workflows, and permissions
• produce headcount, hiring, attrition, and cost reporting
• administer benefits through the Rippling PEO
• manage the PEO relationship and in-house compliance
• track work authorization and immigration status with legal support
• build scalable People Ops processes
• respond to routine employee questions
• provide payroll inputs and data support for compensation and headcount planning.
