The Bistro Cook role is onsite in the City of Hallandale Beach, FL. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. Moises Bakery Hallandale is a bakery and bistro with a 22-person team. The cook prepares menu dishes consistently and safely while supporting kitchen production and service. The role helps maintain food quality, appropriate storage and holding temperatures, stock levels, and readiness for the next shift.

What you'll do

• Prepare dishes to menu specifications and maintain consistency in flavor and presentation
• work assigned fryer, grill, hot, cold, or oven stations
• fulfill weekly production lists and staff orders
• follow food-safety rules and manager instructions
• manage stock counts
• store food in proper containers and temperatures
• prepare and restock fillings
• when functioning in a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees and assign work.
