Production Manager

What you'll do

• Track samples and coordinate factory shipments
• manage production planning, inventory reporting, and Time & Action calendars
• maintain style setup and cost sheets
• communicate and negotiate with vendors
• follow up with factories on tracking, schedules, samples, and production updates
• coordinate quality control and product testing
• partner with sourcing, inbound logistics, and sales
• maintain purchase order data, production status and at-risk reports, packing and labeling compliance, production files, and product records
• support a remote team member handling production data entry and administrative tasks.
