Part-Time Youth Program Supervisor

The Part-Time Youth Program Supervisor role is onsite in Arlington, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 6:15 or 6:30 p.m., depending on the site. Compensation is not specified. Tarrant County Kids provides a safe, nurturing after-school environment for children ages 4–12 and is part of The YouthVantage Alliance family. The supervisor leads site programming and staff to provide developmentally appropriate activities and a safe, engaging experience for children. The role also supports licensing and quality standards, school partnerships, family communication, enrollment, and daily site operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and oversee before- and/or after-school curriculum
• ensure activities are developmentally appropriate and aligned with program goals and quality standards
• maintain child safety and active supervision
• lead, train, coach, and evaluate Youth Program Instructors
• maintain licensing records and operational documentation
• support school and community relationships
• communicate with families and maintain required reports
• oversee daily site operations, schedules, supplies, transitions, and routines
• fill in at other sites as needed.

Why this role
