Security Officer — Unarmed Patrol and Hazard Prevention

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and notify site contacts or emergency responders
• prepare daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs.
