Culinary Assistant / Server

The Culinary Assistant / Server role is onsite in Fargo, ND, working part-time from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. It contributes to department operations by serving menu items, preparing assigned foods, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and coordinating work to meet meal-service times.

What you'll do

• Offer and serve menu choices respectfully
• follow portion standards
• clean and sanitize dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers
• operate equipment safely and sanitarily
• prepare assigned menu items
• monitor and label daily menu items
• store leftovers according to food-handling standards
• organize work to meet serving times
• operate the dish machine
• assist with vendor deliveries and storage.
