What you'll do

• Triage and manage incoming operational requests and issues
• gather information, document findings, and escalate appropriately
• prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
• maintain client documentation, SOPs, records, and escalation paths
• support release readiness, known-issue tracking, and post-release monitoring
• coordinate with operations, engineering, implementation, and client success teams
• identify operational risks and process improvements
• support client training and operational enablement as needed.
