What you'll do

• Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements
• maintain balance-sheet reconciliations
• support tax, audit, insurance, and banking requests with the CFO
• review park-build budgets and project job costing
• review subcontractor pay applications and lien waivers, manage retainage, and prepare owner pay applications
• account for inventory, work in progress, finished goods, and cost of goods sold
• support product costing and inventory controls
• prepare progress billing
• manage cash flow and payments
• reconcile intercompany accounting
• establish procedures and internal controls
• review shared accounting support and help build the team.
