What you'll do

• Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout
• coordinate clients, designers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and authorities
• maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, and reporting
• oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout
• manage contractor and consultant performance
• resolve field issues and project risks
• ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility, life safety, and banking security requirements
• maintain client relationships.
