Shift Lead

The Shift Lead position is onsite in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; pay is $12.50–$14.00 per hour. The role works with the Nothing Bundt Cakes management team to support bakery operations and guest experience. The Shift Lead partners with the Bakery Manager to guide team members, uphold product and service standards, and support sales and profitability. The role also helps coordinate production, inventory, scheduling, administrative tasks, and bakery opening and closing.

What you'll do

• Support guest experience, cake production, merchandising, work environment, profit-and-loss management, and inventory control
• assist with recruiting, selecting, training, directing, and coaching team members
• uphold food safety and bakery standards
• assist with production plans, scheduling, ordering, reporting, accounting, expenses, and payroll
• help fulfill special orders and deliveries
• assist with opening, closing, cash balancing, and deposits
• support local marketing events
• perform bakery duties as needed.
