What you'll do

• Assist with transaction due diligence, including reviewing business information and preparing diligence requests
• analyze historical and projected financial information
• prepare Excel-based three-statement models
• compile investment committee materials
• review analyst work and provide feedback
• review portfolio reporting requirements and client financial statements
• update internal reporting packages
• assist with regulatory compliance
• support special projects
• build credit knowledge and apply Ally’s credit and risk culture.
