Tool Crib Attendant — Swing Shift

The Tool Crib Attendant — Swing Shift role is onsite in Tualatin, OR. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, with a 10% shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. The role supports Shields Manufacturing’s precision-machining operations by preparing and organizing tooling for production.

What you'll do

• Set up tooling in holders according to setup sheets
• gather fixtures and jaws and stage them with materials
• identify worn or damaged tooling
• organize tooling and prioritize staged jobs
• communicate low inventory and submit purchase requests
• coordinate material staging
• gather machinist feedback and flag incorrect setup information
• contribute to work instructions when assigned.
