Construction Project Director — Restoration and Recovery

The Construction Project Director — Restoration and Recovery role is onsite in Atlanta, GA. Stated compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Cotton provides property restoration, recovery, construction, roofing, logistics, temporary workforce housing, and culinary services for public and private clients. The director coordinates project execution, client relationships, scopes, estimates, contracts, and project operations. The role helps ensure projects are launched and delivered to schedule, budget, and quality expectations while coordinating with project managers, regional leaders, and field staff.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other clients

• partner with regional marketing and operations leaders

• oversee scope changes, invoicing, and payment collection.
