Job overview

The Accountant role is onsite in Reno, NV, with hours of 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. every other Friday. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Process accounts receivable and payable transactions
• issue invoices and statements
• monitor overdue payments
• create credit memos
• maintain customer and vendor files
• resolve invoice discrepancies
• record sales and use tax
• compile monthly reports and reconciliations
• support month-end close, subledger reconciliation, and journal entries
• provide audit documentation
• and maintain procedures and compliance with controls and regulations.
