What you'll do

• Lead strategic hardware programs from request through design, quotation, procurement, delivery, and issue resolution
• coordinate vendor strategy and governance
• manage project execution, commercial engagement, sales-order coordination, and purchasing
• establish technical standards and review protocols
• develop the hardware interface technology roadmap
• manage supplier performance, quality, schedule, cost, and corrective actions
• oversee standard interface parts
• strengthen internal expertise through hiring, training, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• lead team strategy, staffing, workload, mentoring, and development.
