What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings, prepare leases and move-in packages, and support move-ins

• implement marketing plans and offsite outreach
• use property management software to track availability and leasing activity
• maintain show units and leasing areas
• follow up with prospects and residents
• prepare and deliver renewal documents
• respond to resident and owner concerns
• complete reports.
