What you'll do

• Lead assurance engagements from acceptance and planning through execution, review, and report issuance
• assess risks and direct audit responses
• review financial statements and engagement work for applicable standards
• oversee client relationships, engagement scope, staffing, budgets, schedules, billings, and collections
• coach and develop managers and teams
• support recruiting and advancement discussions
• develop client relationships and referral sources
• lead proposals and presentations
• contribute to training, industry knowledge, and practice growth.
