This position operates equipment to process and sort harvested material while maintaining a smooth workflow and quality standards. It contributes to compliant production by handling, weighing, sampling, cleaning, and moving product safely.

What you'll do

• Process harvest flower by hand and with trimming and sorting machines
• operate the equipment
• coordinate with the sorting team
• grate and sort material
• weigh and log material
• collect samples and perform quality tests
• clean and sanitize machines and maintain a sanitary work area
• transport products to storage
• follow quality and compliance standards
• support changing operational needs.

Why this role

At least one year of food production or similar manufacturing experience is required. Must be 21 or older; able to lift up to 50 pounds; and familiar with machine safety and lockout/tagout practices. Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
