What you'll do

• Oversee daily nursing operations for an assigned hall or specialty area
• ensure assessments, treatments, documentation, and follow-up are completed accurately and on time
• participate in care planning, QAPI, root-cause work, and survey readiness
• mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
• support education, competencies, onboarding, and performance
• maintain compliance with CMS, PDPM, Quality Measures, and NC DHHSR requirements
• monitor wound care, psychotropics, infections, and falls.
