What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food and meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, therapeutic diets, and special diet orders
• review menus and care plans
• inspect special diet trays
• process diet changes
• maintain food storage, supplies, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures.
