What you'll do

• Lead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, transaction discipline, and root-cause analysis
• maintain material availability and efficient flow for manufacturing
• manage distribution to meet customer service and on-time delivery expectations
• improve productivity, space utilization, and processes
• oversee inbound and outbound logistics and transportation
• coach warehouse team members
• use ERP systems and operational metrics
• partner with Production, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Quality.
