Job overview

The Home Technician (Project Technician) role is onsite in El Mirage, AZ. Compensation is $22.50–$23.50 per hour. The position supports Roberts Resorts & Communities in preparing new and pre-owned homes to meet its “Showable Ready” standards. The role exists to complete home work orders and maintenance projects efficiently and to quality standards, helping deliver completed homes to the Sales Department within specified timeframes. It also coordinates contractors, materials, inventory, and project updates to keep home preparation on track.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and prepare new and pre-owned homes, including painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical, plumbing, and handyman work. Order parts and supplies
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• communicate home progress with the Sales Team
• complete 19 Point Inspection Checklists on new homes
• track inventory and update Smartsheets
• maintain inventory homes
• oversee projects and vendors
• and deliver completed homes to Sales within specified timeframes. Requires at least three years of general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
