What you'll do
- Oversee clinical services and train and supervise clinical staff
- support training in evidence-based behavioral health practices
- conduct mental health assessments and individual and group counseling
- screen for human trafficking concerns and provide crisis intervention
- develop treatment plans with clients and interdisciplinary staff
- oversee team meetings and daily program routines with the Home Supervisor
- collaborate with Wellness and Education staff
- track utilization and outcomes
- support quality assurance, peer supervision, and compliance reporting.
