Customer Growth Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review customer, ecommerce, and sales reports
• identify cross-sell, upsell, online growth, and win-back opportunities
• coordinate retention campaigns
• use CRM, reporting tools, and AI solutions to identify trends
• build dashboards and reports
• collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer Service, and leadership
• monitor initiative performance and present recommendations.
