What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• install equipment and components to manufacturer specifications and local code
• interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• recover and charge refrigerants in compliance with EPA and company standards
• use diagnostic tools
• complete service tickets and communicate findings
• maintain service-truck inventory
• follow safety protocols
• mentor apprentice technicians when applicable.
