What you'll do

• Manage payroll and benefits administration, leave tracking, HR systems, staff records, and compliance, including employer-sponsored visa management
• respond to staff and manager questions
• partner with Finance, Legal, vendors, and brokers
• support onboarding, offboarding, performance processes, staff relations, and documentation
• coordinate handbook reviews and policy updates
• research and develop HR policies
• communicate process changes and support consistent adoption.
