What you'll do

• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers
• respond to work orders
• inspect completed unit turns
• clean and prepare apartments after move-outs
• inspect buildings and grounds for cleanliness, safety, and repairs
• coordinate contractors and vendors with the supervisor
• maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• clean common areas
• report work status and maintenance issues.
