What you'll do

• Lease apartments and promote property amenities and services
• respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and close sales
• manage social media to attract prospective tenants
• develop sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy
• maintain knowledge of property features and market rates
• prepare and explain lease documents
• maintain prospect and leasing data
• conduct move-in inspections and assist with resident functions
• manage lease renewal programs
• help maintain property curb appeal.
