What you'll do

• Process customer orders by phone, email, or ERP system
• verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
• provide tile specifications and installation guidance
• resolve order, delivery, damage, and product issues
• initiate return authorizations and coordinate replacements or credits
• maintain order and communication records
• prepare confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents
• process sample requests
• support sales representatives and customer follow-up.
