What you'll do

• Maintain customer accounts and updated information
• document payment appointments
• assist the General Manager with account recommendations and payment history
• manage collections and lease renewals
• review and close lease agreements
• contact customers who have not renewed
• maintain customer contact by phone and home visits
• lead accounts staff toward department goals
• assist with merchandise cleaning, vehicle and route sheets, product loading, safe vehicle operation, and sales support as needed.
