What you'll do

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace through coaching
• assist with selecting, developing, and retaining team members
• lead General Manager responsibilities during the GM’s absence
• deliver a safe, clean customer experience
• address customer and employee concerns
• educate customers about wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions
• support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion
• troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Facilities and IT
• uphold safety protocols and preventive maintenance
• coach sales and membership growth
• use KPI tools and oversee labor management
• assist with payroll review and approval
• work 45–50 hours per week as needed.
