The OpenText Application Workflow Subject Matter Expert role is hybrid and primarily remote, with occasional required onsite meetings in Washington, DC; applicants must live within commuting distance of DC and be able to attend meetings with two hours’ notice. The subject matter expert advises on OpenText workflow and content management implementation, evaluates existing workflows, and recommends modernization. The role guides architecture and integration decisions and provides technical direction to development teams supporting the project.

• Provide expertise in OpenText AppWorks and Content Server implementation practices

• evaluate application workflows and recommend improvements
• assess new OpenText capabilities
• guide architecture and integration decisions
• advise on Content Server customization and API integrations
• provide technical guidance to development teams.

Why this role

Requires U.S. citizenship, existing or obtainable U.S. Government security clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, 10+ years of secure ECM experience in Health IT, 5+ years of CMS/BPM experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; master’s preferred.
