What you'll do

• Provide in-person and phone customer service
• manage lobby flow and schedule appointments
• address concerns and calm distressed owners
• assist with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners
• handle medication pickups and service inquiries
• enter data in practice software
• assist with billing, retail sales, pet weighing, faxes, records, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day duties.
