What you'll do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and other resources
• conduct outreach and initial phone screens
• build candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• learn technical roles and government contracting requirements
• partner with senior recruiters and leadership on staffing needs and strategies
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• maintain applicant tracking records
• research candidates, companies, industries, and trends
• participate in meetings and training
• provide administrative, operational, and project support.
